We do not consider emails sent to other mailboxes and do not offer telephone support.
If you have already sent us an inquiry, please allow us some time to respond as we process emails in the order of receipt.
Writing a second email will only delay the processing time, so we advise against it. Kindly note that it may take 2-3 business days to process requests.

Absolutely! Our slippers are designed to be unisex and can comfortably fit both male and female feet. It's not uncommon for women to discover Foamfy first and for their partners to follow suit. 😁 They make a fantastic gift!
Shipping
For now, we only deliver in Europe.
Typically, orders leave our warehouse within 1-2 days. However, due to the high demand, our warehouse is currently at full capacity.
As a result, some packages may be sent by our international partners.
Please note that shipping to Europe may take 7-12 working days.
We kindly ask for your patience in the event of a longer shipping time.
Our team is working diligently to ensure that your order is delivered to your doorstep as soon as possible.
Once your order is processed and shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number.
Returns & exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your Foamfy product, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Yes, you may exchange your Foamfy product for a different size or colour within 14 days of delivery, provided that the product is unused and in its original packaging. Please refer to our return policy for more information.
Once we receive your return shipment at our warehouse, we will process your return within 7–14 days. Typically, your exchange request will be fulfilled within a few days. We will always send you a confirmation email with a tracking code once your new order is fulfilled.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges, unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part.
If your Foamfy product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will provide instructions for returning the product and issuing a replacement or refund.

Once an order has been placed, we cannot make any changes to the details as we process and package it as quickly as possible. If the item you receive doesn't fit, you can return it to us for the correct size.
